March Madness

it's that time of the year again, folks! get excited.

selection Sunday is just around the corner, which means it's almost time to make my bracket picks. I've been thinking about potential picks all week long, and I'm starting to narrow it down to a final bracket. we'll see what the official teams are come Sunday, hopefully I won't have to make too many adjustments.

this year the obvious teams are Florida, Arizona, and Villanova. you might even be able to throw in Wichita State. (side note: I love the word Wichita.) but, if you recall last year was anything but obvious. almost every week the number one ranked team took a hard loss, then when the madness came around teams were being upset left and right. it was totes cray. therefore, I don't really know what team I want to take all the way this year.

I got really into March Madness two years ago when my uncle made a bet with me. we each filled out a bracket, best bracket gets treated to wings and a beer. that first year I won. last year we did the same bet, and we tied. I haven't lost yet, and I don't plan on losing this year either. wish me luck!
