"when I'm dead just throw me in the trash"

this is probably my favorite tv show currently, now that The Office has ended.

it cracks me up, I laugh so hard during every single episode. I love it. I can't wait for the next season to begin.

It's Always Sunny is basically a group of selfish friends who own a bar, Patty's Pub. the gang (Dennis, Mac, Charlie, Dee, and Frank) are always getting into shenanigans. Dennis and Dee are siblings, Frank is the guy who raised them, and Mac and Charlie are their friends.

I'd have to say my favorite character is Charlie. although Mac is a close second.

it's a funny story how I came to watch Always Sunny. one day Randy told me I should watch it, that I'd probably like it. a week or so later I'm flipping channels and come across what I thought was a movie at the time. I started watching it and I was cracking up, turns out it was an episode of It's Always Sunny, which I found out a few days later.

if you want a good laugh, watch It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

I may even re-watch a few episodes.

Parks and Rec

one of my weekly shows, Parks and Recreation. it's on Thursday nights, after Community (which is also a good show.)

basically, it's a group of public officials trying to make their town, the town they love so much, a better place. or do as little work as possible. the characters are what bring this show together. each one adds their own zing, and each one is hilarious.

Ron Swanson, the manliest man. lover of all things meat, guns, hunting, woodwork, etc. he can live off the land no problem. he's one of my favorite characters.

possibly my favorite moment of Parks&Rec

Tom Haverford, a still learning young man. wanna-be of all things cool, and wanna-be ladies man. played by Aziz Ansari, who is hilarious, brings hilarity to his character. Tom is one of my favorites.

Tom Haverford.

I jumped right into Parks&Rec during the 3rd season, but recently I've began watching the seasons I missed on Netflix. the show starts off a little shaky, it's still funny, but if you hang in there and keep watching it gets really funny. definitely worth it.

I'll leave you with one more from Tom...

Parks and Recreation available on Netflix. it's good!

"sometimes he makes up rap songs, they call him Big Tasty"

I am addicted to this new show, The Goldbergs. it's, simply put, hilarious.

The Goldbergs is about a family just trying to survive the '80s.

the parents, Beverly and Murray are typical parents. Beverly being the overbearing mom, and Murray being the "do what your mom says, I just want to watch tv after a long day of work" dad. then there's grandpa goldberg, who doesn't get the technology of the '80s (if you can call that technology) he adds a fantastically funny aspect, always saying inappropriate things. and finally you have the three kids, Barry, Erica, and Adam. Barry is a wanna-be jock/cool/popular guy who is none of those things. Erica is your typical girl just trying to be popular and pretty. and then the youngest, Adam, is a movie obsessed nerd. he loves action figures and he always has his camcorder near by, if not rolling.

my favorite character is either Adam or Barry. they're hilarious to me. although, the grandpa is quite amusing as well.

since the first episode this show has had me cracking up on Tuesday nights (9pm EST). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this show to anyone and everyone.

New Girl

I love the show New Girl. like love it. obsessed.

I am so glad my SIL Melissa told me to watch it, and that season one was available on Netflix. I was hooked from the very first episode, and it didn't take me long to watch all the seasons. like I said, obsessed.

the characters are fantastic. Jess is quirky and your typical girl, which adds humor to the fact that she's living with three dudes: Nick, Schmidt, and Winston.

I couldn't tell you who my favorite character is although it'd probably narrow down to Nick or Schmidt. I love the "Nick face" and I love how Schmidt talks and the fact that he has a douchebag jar. (I actually bought the douche journal, of all things Schmidt related, for myself and Melissa.)

plus, Nick and Schmitty have one of the best tv bromances I've ever seen. like the fact that Nick calls him "Schmitty." or that they can fist bump without even looking.

I'm so excited for it to come back tonight after it's little winter break. I've been in withdraw watching repeats on Netflix. yes, I rewatch episodes on Netflix. (like the Halloween episode. I crack up when Nick has to go into the haunted house and the clown yells at him. hilarious.)

if you're looking for a fantastic/funny show to watch, watch New Girl. you will not be disappointed.
